Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain.
Where we ship to
Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Madrid.
Delivery times
Estimated working days from dispatch, not from the date of the order.
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 3
- Balearic Islands: 2 to 4
- Portugal: 2 to 4
- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 2 to 5
- United Kingdom: 3 to 7, plus any time the parcel spends in customs
These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Deliveries are made on working days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination and is shown in full at checkout before you pay. Within Spain, orders of 60,00 EUR or more ship free.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders to the United Kingdom
Parcels to the United Kingdom cross a customs border. Any import VAT or duty not collected at checkout is payable by the recipient.
Delivery addresses
Please check the delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund of the goods.
